Pip and Karoline have been in the top 1% achieving Partners with UW for almost 10 years. They have enjoyed yearly all-expenses-paid, luxury holidays every year since joining too, which is an added bonus to them and their young family! Earning a passive income that pays the mortgage and bills each and every month enables them to have true autonomy over their lives and gives them the opportunity to work flexibly around their two boys.
