With our full fibre broadband options in , your router needs to be Very High-Speed Digital Subscriber Line (VDSL) compatible. If it’s not, it won’t work with our broadband service.

Unlimited data means that you don’t have a cap on your data allowance each month in and the rest of the UK. There are no restrictions on how much data you use, so you won’t have to worry about using up all your allowance.

Our Unlimited data, calls and texts SIM-only plan is perfect for surfing the internet, taking video calls, or even streaming media, as you can use as much as you need.

We’re offering EU roaming as part of our Unlimited tariff, so you can take your unlimited data abroad and use up to 14GB of it at no extra cost. It’s part of our Roam like Home service, which lets you use your allowance in 45 locations across Europe. You can also send texts and make calls back to the UK as you would normally with your allowance. Our Unlimited tariff has no data usage cap when browsing in the UK.

Yes, we do. At UW, keeping you connected is important to us. So we signed up to Ofcom’s Automatic Compensation scheme for Phone and Broadband services. Making sure our broadband and landline customers in get compensation when things go wrong remains a priority.

This means that, if you’re eligible, we offer automatic compensation for those unfortunate circumstances when:
