Now I'm married to my lovely wife Lorraine who works part time in the NHS and we have two lovely boys aged six and two. This business has allowed my wife and I to reduce our working hours and be able to do so on our own terms. It has also allowed us to be there for our boys and spend quality time with them whilst they are young. Overall, it's given us a great life-work balance, rather than the other way round.
