Home to 120 residents, an experience of a lifetime! Eight years later, a relationship had developed, a baby was born, and a very large mountain climbed (Kilimanjaro). It was time to relocate! We now live in Fort William, home of Ben Nevis. I have been a UW customer since we moved to Fort William some years back. I was so happy with the service over the years that I decided to become a Partner and help other people to save money with a great company. I get paid to help people save money! Saving myself and my friends money and time — It's a win-win.

I'm Stuart. I’ve been a customer and Partner with UW since January 2017. I immediately recognised the benefits, compared to dealing with multiple providers with rising prices and poor customer service. I love helping people save money and to simplify their household bills by showing them one, often unknown option. I also enjoy supporting new Partners to get going, to achieve that part-time extra income they need. I go the extra mile to help some of my more vulnerable customers, as I believe that that sector of our society should not be paying more, nor have to put up with poor customer services. Based in Glasgow until 2021, my customer base is all over the UK.

I am Ishbel Rose. I am a married mum of three who lives in the Scottish Highlands. I work part-time for the council, and help run my husband's joinery business. I love to help people and in particular, saving them money, while providing them with a quality service. I wanted some extra income for now and the future, where there were no targets or specific expectations of me, so joined UW in May 2022.
