Hi, I’m Susan — a mum of five, a carer, an ex-hairdresser and someone who genuinely loves helping people. Supporting others has always been part of who I am, both in my family life and my work. As a carer for one of my children who has disabilities, I needed a way to work that fitted around real life — the kind that doesn’t always go to plan. I joined UW in March 2023 because it gave me the flexibility to support my family and the chance to help others reduce stress in their own homes. Working with me isn’t like speaking to a call centre or being passed around different people. With me, you get real support, real communication and someone who actually cares. I stay with you long after you join — checking in, making sure everything is running smoothly, and being there whenever you need help. My goal is always to make life easier, not harder. Outside of work, I’m busy making memories with my children — exploring the Welsh countryside, going paddle boarding or rock pooling, or travelling. I love driving to Poland, holidaying in Spain, and I’m always looking forward to our next adventure.
