I am based on the Wirral but can help anyone in any location within the UK. I have been working as a firefighter for 20 years and the sense of helping people is what I like best about UW. I am also a mum of 3 children and fit in my UW work amongst them and my shifts. I love the freedom UW gives me so I can plan my work around my own life and commitments. I would recommend UW to anyone both as a Partner and as a customer. Most importantly it has demonstrated to our kids what can be achieved with hard work.
What a remarkable UK company to represent; one that genuinely cares for all customers and Partners. I live in Wallasey on the Wirral with my fiancé Michelle, and our three daughters. Life is busy but fun, and UW fits around our schedules. I enjoy running, football and golf. Helping people save and earn money is what I love about UW, and it's very rewarding to be in a position to help people on both fronts. I am fun and friendly, many of my customers have become really good friends. I can confidently say that UW helps change lives.

Yes, you can. But you'll need to make sure your router isn't locked by your previous provider.
When you sign up to us, we'll send you your username and password, so you connect your own router. With our superfast fibre-optic Ultra Broadband options, your router needs to be Very High-Speed Digital Subscriber Line (VDSL) compatible. If it's not, it won't work with our broadband service.
If you need a router, we can send you one too.
